1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Vijay Baji. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of all services, features, games, betting markets, and tools available on the Vijay Baji platform. By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or simply browsing the site, you are agreeing to these Terms in full — no exceptions.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and Vijay Baji ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When we do, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after any such update constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this agreement.
2. Eligibility
To register and use Vijay Baji, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. We operate a strict 18+ policy with zero tolerance for underage participation.
- You must be using the platform for personal entertainment purposes only — not on behalf of any third party or organisation.
- You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or have been barred from any similar platform for breach of terms.
- You must not be a current or former employee of Vijay Baji, or related to such an employee in a way that could create a conflict of interest.
- You must only maintain one (1) account on the platform. Duplicate accounts will be suspended without notice, and any pending balances may be forfeited pending review.
We reserve the right to verify eligibility at any point and request documentation such as a national ID card (CNIC), passport, or other proof of identity and address. Failure to provide requested documents within the stated timeframe may result in account suspension.
3. Account Registration and Security
When creating your account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Never share your password with anyone. Vijay Baji will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or phone call. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately.
- Use a strong, unique password and enable any available two-factor authentication.
- Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
- Do not allow third parties to access or operate your account on your behalf.
- Notify us immediately if your contact details change, including phone number or email address.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
Vijay Baji supports multiple payment methods commonly used in Pakistan, including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfers, debit/credit cards, and mobile wallets. All transactions are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupee).
Deposits: All deposits made to your Vijay Baji account must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are shown during the deposit process. Deposits are generally credited instantly or within a short processing window, depending on your payment method.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible. Before your first withdrawal, account verification (KYC) must be completed successfully. We process withdrawal requests as quickly as possible, but processing times may vary depending on your chosen payment channel. We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.
- You may only withdraw funds that have been legitimately wagered and are not subject to pending bonus conditions.
- Withdrawals will not be processed until all identity verification requirements are satisfied.
- Vijay Baji reserves the right to perform additional checks on large withdrawal amounts to protect both parties.
- Any fees charged by your payment provider are your own responsibility; Vijay Baji does not impose hidden withdrawal charges.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
Vijay Baji regularly offers promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback deals, and special event promotions tied to cricket seasons, PSL matches, and other major sporting events. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that will be displayed at the time of the offer.
General bonus conditions that apply across all promotions unless otherwise stated:
- Bonuses must be claimed within the promotional period specified. Expired offers cannot be retroactively applied.
- A wagering requirement applies to all bonus funds. This means you must wager the bonus amount a specified number of times before the bonus (and any winnings derived from it) can be withdrawn.
- Wagering contributions vary by game type — sports betting, slots, live casino, and bingo may each contribute differently towards meeting your wagering requirement.
- Only one welcome bonus per household, device, IP address, or payment method is permitted.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules
All bets placed on Vijay Baji are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport or game. By placing a bet, you acknowledge that you understand those rules and accept the outcome as final once it is settled by our system.
For sports betting — including cricket, PSL T20 matches, international cricket fixtures, football, and esports — the following applies:
- Odds are subject to change at any time up until a market is suspended or closed. The odds confirmed at the time your bet is accepted are the odds that will apply to your bet.
- In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, Vijay Baji's settlement rules for that market will apply. Void bets are typically returned as stake.
- Maximum bet limits apply per market and may vary by sport, event, and your account tier.
- Vijay Baji reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a technical error, incorrect odds, or obvious pricing mistake.
- Winnings from settled bets will be credited to your account balance promptly after official result confirmation.
For casino and slot games, all games are governed by their individual game rules provided within the game interface. RTP (Return to Player) information is available for each game. Vijay Baji does not manipulate game outcomes — all results are governed by certified random number generation (RNG) processes.
7. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct
Vijay Baji is committed to providing a fair, safe, and enjoyable environment for all users. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and possible permanent ban:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any tools to place bets or interact with the platform without human input.
- Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void and will be reversed.
- Money laundering, fraud, or using the platform for any illegal financial activity.
- Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the platform's systems or servers.
- Sharing, selling, or transferring your account or account credits to any other person.
We actively monitor accounts for unusual betting patterns. Accounts flagged for suspicious activity may have withdrawals temporarily withheld while an investigation is carried out. We cooperate fully with relevant authorities in cases involving suspected financial crime.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Vijay Baji platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game assets, interface design, text, software, and data — is the exclusive property of Vijay Baji or its licensed content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without our prior written consent.
The Vijay Baji name, logo, and all associated marks are proprietary trademarks. Any unauthorised use of these marks — including in advertising, social media impersonation, or third-party applications — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
9. Limitation of Liability
Vijay Baji provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous and reliable service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or downtime at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted, Vijay Baji shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the platform.
- Losses resulting from internet outages, device failures, or connectivity issues on your end.
- Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, Easypaisa, or any bank.
- Any inaccurate information provided by you during the registration or verification process.
- Consequences arising from your failure to keep login credentials secure.
10. Responsible Gaming
